2009 TOURNAMENT ANNOUNCEMENT

The Laguna Hills Soccer Club Eclipse will again present their premier college showcase over the Memorial Day weekend, May 23-25, 2009, for girl’s U14-17 teams.

The format of the tournament is designed to maximize the benefit for college recruiting. The venue for our tournament is the brand new Ayala Park in Chino, CA . The tournament will use eight fields this year, each of 110 x 70 yards one of which is a stadium field. The tournament will run from 9am in the morning with the last games estimated to start at 3.30pm, maximizing the college coaches time. Each game will consist of 40 minute halves except U14 which will be 35 minutes. We will accept a maximum of 80 teams for the 2009 event, so please apply early to avoid disappointment.

Ayala Park, Chino is centrally located between John Wayne and Ontario airports. A great location providing easy access to all the great Southern California attractions plus shopping and fabulous outlet malls.

Accommodation is guaranteed through Double Tree hotels a convenient drive from the Ayala Park fields.

80 college coaches attended in 2007 including:

Berkeley, Stanford, Santa Clara, Portland, USC, LMU, Arizona State, Texas Christian, Pepperdine, Penn and Nebraska
